BioMat: interesting - very, helpful - to sore muscles & recovery & relaxation, the claims allowed in the United States are more limited than those made in Europe and in Japan (where studies have shown BioMats create an environment of heat that cancer cells do not tolerate allowing healthy cells to thrive.)
After 6 minutes on the BioMat, I decided we were getting one for Elemental Wellness. I would have stayed on that BioMat for hours, alas I had a Reflexology client & needed to get back to work.
